It provides a theoretical foundation of the electromagnetic time-reversal theory, beginning with an introductory chapter on the theoretical basis, moving on to applications including EMC measurements, EM field focusing and amplification, mitigation of interference in power line communications, lightning location, and fault location in power systems. This innovative book introduces the concept of time reversal in a completely original way. It discusses a pioneering theory with applications to EMC, power systems, power line communications, lightning detection, fault location, and smart grids.
